A new home.
This afternoon, at 1:30, I will be putting down a security deposit for my new apartment. Its brand spankin' new, its huge and its the best deal in town. Two bedrooms, two full baths, 1000 square feet of bright loveliness.
And I negotiated a lease that allows me to pull out of it early as long as I promise to keep paying rent until it is leased again. Which is not a problem. These places go like hotcakes. SO that gives me the flexibility to buy a home in case a good one pops up. It'd be foolish not to make some money on real estate right now if I can.
In April, I'll be a whole new kind of Zen.
