I woke up this morning with a ripping pain (aka muscle spasm) from the right side of my neck down to my shoulder then to my spine. And my lower wspine is "tweekeing".
I just took 4 ibuprofin. I'm used to taking 3 so 4 should be OK.
I might need some coffee before I drive to The City...
Do you think I might be tense?
