I'm in this place at work where no matter what happens, I'm just going with the flow. If I didn't, I'd have a heart attack and die. So I've gone to this Buddhist place in my soul and am living there for a while.

My yoga friend is trying to talk me into this tantric meditation class on Fridays in a nearby town. I do like the teacher and would love to do it, I think. But it's really emotional, and it might harsh my recently obtained mellow.
Dunno.
