Ruptured disks and no regrets.
Call me ruptured disk girl. Come on. Do it!
So that's what I've been suffering from these last few months. The unending pain, spasms and tightening across the lower back. Unfortunatey, the first available appt with a neurosurgeon isn't until April 28. Not that I need surgery. My doc says he doesn't think so. But the surgeon can analyze the MRI and recommend the best course of action -- be it chiropracture, physical therapy, cortizone shots, etc.
I still say that every activity engaged in Miami was totally worth it.
